Ürününüzde beden değişikliği talep etmeniz durumunda, ürünün tarafımıza ulaşmasının ardından 15 iş günlük yeniden üretim süreci uygulanmaktadır. Değişim taleplerinin, ürünün teslim alınmasından itibaren belirtilen süre içerisinde tarafımıza iletilmesi gerekmektedir.

Exchange & Return Policy

This piece is a made-to-order couture design, crafted exclusively upon order. Therefore, returns are not accepted. In the event of a size exchange request, a new 15-business-day production period will apply once the original item has been received by us. Exchange requests must be submitted within the specified period following delivery.
